Manufactured artisanally in small quantities and totally free of added preservatives, dyes and pectins.
Apples (60%), sugar, lemon juice, ginger (1,5%).
Fruit used: 90 gr for 100 gr
Total sugars: 55 gr for 100 gr
Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and consume within 24 months of the date of production. Once opened, the container must be stored in a refrigerator and consumed in a short time.
