The white grappa both are obtained from the residues of pressed Aglianico del Vulture grapes. They represent the outcome of a careful and accurate selection in the vinification cellars.
The scent is fragrant, intense with a distinct honesty. The flavor is pleasant, honest, persistent, fruity with hints of ripe exotic fruit.
Marc’s conservation: the marc, separated from wine, is stored in small barrels and send to the distillery G.Bertagnolli, where it takes place immediately the distillation process.
Alcool by volume: 42% Vol

Palate: Pleasant, genuine, persistent and fruity, with notes of ripe exotic fruits.
Serving Temperature: 12-16°C. Cooler temperatures may be recommendable during summer.
