The taralli to limoncello are crunchy cookie covered with a light frosting of sugar fondant flavored with limoncello, assuming a snow-white.
Product of tradition Lucan, worked to hand with high quality ingredients. Cooked in a wood oven.
Fondant sugar (cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, in varying proportions) fumento wheat flour type “00”, fresh eggs, olive oil, limoncello (1%), anise, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, carbonate acid sodium).
May contain traces of: cereals containing gluten, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, peanuts, soya and products thereof. Ingredients highlighted may cause adverse effects in allergic and intolerant people.
Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 20°C. Product subject to natural weight loss. Shelf life: 9 months.
