The Rogito is a rosé wine, obtained curiously from Aglianico del Vulture grapes. A rosè for red wine lovers thanks to its remarkable personality.
Aglianico can thus be said to be an eclectic grape, well suited to diversed kinds of vinification. This Aglianico rosé is a different interpretation of this important vine: a highly interesting and individual result of remarkable personality. Tannin is present and pleasant, palate persistent and bouquet flowery. The grapes are harvested in the first decade of October, macerate for about two days, and the wine lies in third passage barriques for about 12 months.
It’s a wine easily combined with various dishes, from appetizers, meats, fish and cheese.
