Obtained from Malvasia, Greco and Chardonnay grapes with the immediate separation of the must from the skins followed by a soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A particularly fresh wine is achieved, light straw white in colour; fruity bouquet, intense and well-balanced; fresh flavour, soft and delicate with a light acid taste, very pleasant and harmonious.
Serve on its own and with antipasti, shellfish, and seafood in general.
